FAQ for prospective Brides and Grooms
One of the first questions we get asked. We are not the cheapest and not the most expensive Wedding DJs. People shopping for price only may be disillusioned on there Wedding Day and that is certainly something you don’t want. After all, you only get to do this once. No do-overs. Give us a call and we will work out the perfect package suited to your budget. No event is too large nor too small.
We certainly take all forms of credit cards for your deposit, payments and final payments. If you need to pay by check, we request you pay with a bank check.
We take special care not to have any interruptions or awkward moments on the day of your Reception. We give you a login to an online planner where you can make song requests before the day of your Reception.
We ask to arrive 1.5 hours ahead of the Reception in order to properly setup all our equipment. Most Venues will work with us on this. But there will be no doubt your reception will not be delayed because of us.
YES! We communicate with the Venue and the Maitre’D to understand the layout of the Venue, electrical requirement and all the particulars. Most Venues are already familiar with us, so no worries on this one.
We get this question frequently and it is a great question! We have numerous backup Persons that are well qualified to step in on a moments notice. We’ve never run into this situation, but we are prepared. We also have redundant equipment and carry extra equipment on the day of your event so nothing can go wrong.
Yes! We have a certificate of insurance that we can give to you or you Wedding Venue. This is often overlooked by our clients, but we always insist on providing it in case of any liability.
